Report the RACF database template level of each INDDn database in the SYSPRINT output from IRRDBU00

Output from IRRDBU00 is highly dependent upon the level of the templates in the database being unloaded. Knowing the level of the templates can help set expectations as to the contents of the unload. This information can also provide a mechanism for allowing an installation to determine if the level of the templates in the database match the level of the templates in the systems using the database as installed during IPL by RACF program IRRTEMP2 and reported in the RACF SET LIST operator command. Mismatches in the template levels could result in unloads that do not fully reflect the contents of the RACF database which could lead to RACF mismanagement if automated routines processing the unload rely on its accuracy.
