zSORT Batch Pipes support

Bradesco uses DFSORT in many of its jobs that run on production LPARs. We recently have put on a project to test and certify the use of zSORT as a way of lowering the elapsed time of our critical jobs in the batch window.  We also make use of Batch Pipes on those LPARs in order to optimize batch processing and during the tests we found out that jobs using this resource that called zSORT didn't produce a consistent output. 

As a workaround we closed the scheduling environment for Batch Pipes on some LPARs in order to use zSORT on them and opened case TS017497919. On this case we were told that the support for Batch Pipes is yet to be implemented and that APAR PH64262 will be available to introduce the restriction of using zSORT for Batch Pipes exploring jobs. 

It's important for Bradesco that the support for Batch Pipes is implemented on zSORT so that we can make a better use of both tools.
