Parameter to force batch execution on same LPAR as JCL conversion

With z/OS 2.1, a job class has the option now of honoring the member systems of a scheduling environment to dictate where to run JCL conversion as well as execution. However, if this scheduling environment has multiple available member LPARs, JCL conversion and execution can still run on different LPARs, causing problems. Ideally, there should be a parameter that will allow jobs to meet both of these requirements:
(1) Job can convert on any LPAR within a scheduling environment
(2) Job will execute on the same LPAR it converted on, even if the scheduling environment has multiple LPARs that otherwise meet the job requirements

    The function of forcing a job to run on the same LPAR (member) it converted on can be accomplised starting in z/OS 3.1 with OA64584 applied using a conversion policy that sets the SYSAFF for a job to the current (conversion) member. For example:
    {
    "policyName": "CNVTAFF",
    "policyVersion": 1,
    "policyType": " JobConversion ",
    "definitions":
    [
    { "condition" : " 'ANY' IN SysAff ",
    "actions" :
    [
    {
    "action" : " ModifyJob ",
    "attribute" : " SYSAFF ",
    "value": "List(LocalMemberName)"
    }
    ]
    }
    ]
    }
