Increase CP areas to maximum supported size on VM installs

Historically, VM delivered a modest average size for most CP areas like ckpt, warmstart, and directory. Now that disk is no longer really constrained on most systems and VM management skills are increasingly rare, increasing the reserved areas to the maximum supported sizes on new installs is one less thing to raise problems.

    There are 5 CP areas that IBM ships with the z/VM product:
    -- Spool
    -- Page
    -- Checkpoint
    -- Warmstart
    -- Direct

    There is no maximum size for SPOOL or PAGE. IBM ships SPOOL and PAGE as a fullpack volume. Customers can add multiple volumes of SPOOL and PAGE as they determine the need for them.

    IBM already ships the maximum size for Checkpoint and Warmstart: 9 cylinders.

    The maximum size for DIRECT is a fullpack volume. IBM ships 20 cylinders of DIRECT space. We have looked at this size in the past and have not felt the need to ship a larger size for an initial install.
