We are trying to avoid granting ALTER access to our Catalog Datasets, specifically, the Master Catalog dataset profile. For any function that requires ALTER access to the Master Catalog or any catalog, please add a STGADMIN profile.

Catalog TAKEDUMP command should include VLF asid

Used the "F CATALOG,TAKEDUMP" and "F CATALOG,RESTART" commands to generate the svcdump to diagnose the problem in the pmr. Later told that we should have also dumped the VLF asid so there is insufficient doc to diagnose the problem.
