Add PIPELINING support in CSSMTP

The SMTP PIPELINING FUNCTION can increase the performance of transmitting SMTP mails to the remote SMTP Server (MTA). Especially in cases where a large number of mails have to be transmitted. CSSMTP does not support the SMTP PIPELINING function.
