Allow users to determine actual HSM function run times from CDSs

We are trying to process DFSMShsm MCDS and BCDS to retrieve actual run times of HSM functions (primary space management, secondary space management, automatic backups and automatic dumps). There are complete time and date fields for every function except for the end time and end date of automatic backups.

This enhancement would complete record keeping for actual run times of HSM in the CDSs.

You could, for instance, use reserved fields at BCR+x'28' and BCR+x'2E' for last automatic backup completion time and last automatic backup completion date.
