Workflow editor - Possible to create jobcard .

Be able to define specific jobcard for a jcl step when create a workflow definition file in workflow editor.In the specific jobcard, to be able to use variables as well, like for other jcl.

Allow the dynalloc text unit 8017 (Unix PATH) to be more than 255 characters long
