Duplicate key error can occur when copying with two different jobs at the same time with DFSMSdss-copy

Duplicate key error can occur when copying with two different jobs at the same time with DFSMSdss-copy datasets whose names start with the same 3 qualifiers and are on the same volume.
This can occur if 2 different jobs try to move 2 different datasets with names both beginning with for example Name1.Name2.Name3.... and residing on the the same volume.
During the Copy process DFSMS creates temporary datasets like Name1.Name2.Name3.T0929450.D7628500.
The first 3 qualifiers are identical to the data set name that DFSMSdss is to move to another volume.
This can leads to duplicate key error.
Error msg EC331I 008-044 is shown and a SVC dump may be taken for 'CAS DYNAMIC DUMP-IGG0CLEU RC28 RSN30'.
The problem occurs only when the temporary dataset created in the same tenth of a second.


possible solution:

Adjust DSS so that it uses a mircosecond-related qualifier instead of a date-related qualifier if the first 4 qualifiers should be left as they are.
