Have "LU userid NORACF OMVS" show all OMVS fields

Unlike all other fields, the MEMLIMIT and SHMEMMAX fields are not shown unless an explicit value is set. This inconsistent behavior is confusing, and makes that you only learn about their existence when you stumble upon their definition in the docs.

DFDSS to define new target GDG base and use relative generations for target GDS's.

DFDSS has the ability to process input Generation Data Sets via relative generation numbers, but cannot create new target generations using the relative generation (+n). It also cannot define target GDG's as part of a COPY or RESTORE operation.
