Optionnaly hide LPAR performance data despite HiperDispatch

Despite that HiperDispatch requests that the LPAR option named 'performance data control' be activated, we would like to have the possibility to manage the accesses to these performance data based on the same security rules as they exist in the BCPii Permissions.

Thank you for your submission. The current structure is set up to grant global partition data access for HiperDispatch partitions to allow the logical partitions to intelligently expand into white space of the machine when appropriate. To make proper decisions (know what the white space is), the partition needs to know what is being used completely in the machine. Partition management has a number of options that are being evaluated for future container strategies.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Hardware
    Product - z Systems Hardware
    Component - General/Miscellaneous

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - z Systems Hardware
    Product - z Systems Hardware
    Component - LPAR

I do not understand exactly what the request is. The hardware/LPAR does not enforce mandatory "global performance data" be enabled for all HiperDispatch partitions. The recommendation is to grant global partition data access for HiperDispatch partitions to allow the logical partitions to intelligently expand into white space of the machine when appropriate. To make proper decisions (know what the white space is), the partition needs to know what is being used completely in the machine.
