This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Juergen Klaus is spot on with his response. Please see User Management videos on YouTube for more information -> https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLezLS0Tuqb-4Ibkw2bZA867-u0DrtYXVo
If I understand right, you want to have a reduced lpar view for some users. Or with other word your users should see only the Lpars they have to. You can do so, right now. But therefore some work has to be done. You have the possibility to define for each user which Lpars or CPC he can see. We have done this years a ago for a customer who wants to ipl his Lpars on his own. So we gave them some users where only their Lpars are defined.
Define a role in the "user management" task at hmc. There you can restrict the access to the set of Lpars you want and what tasks the user should can do. Then define a user with this role. That's it.
