Hiperdispatch: provide parmfile for manual intervention

Please provide an PARMLIB Member (maybe DIAGxx) for Manual adjustment of HIPERDISPATCH Settings.

We are a rel. small z/OS shop. We have an 705 with more that 10 running LPARs. 2 PROD LPARs are rel. big...the rest rel. small from point of share.

The problem is: the HIPERDISPATCH algorithm calculates for the big LPARs allways MED and LOW CPs...no HIGH CPs...

Our dream was to say: "hey z/OS: please use for the 2 big LPARs at min. one HIGH CP..."
