RELATED IDEAS

Fail the RDEFINE and RALTER command is the STDATA user ID and group does not exist

If a non existent user ID or group is specified in the STDATA segment parm when executing the RDEFINE or RALTER command, the command should fail. Currently the command is allowed to proceed - a warning message is pushed out to the user informing them that the entity does not exist.
