LE - Increase the parameter limit of 256 characters in CELQPIPI

While converting our CICS Java application to JVMServer, we ran with the LE RTPS(ON) option to get tuning recommendations. Due to the 256 charater limit in CELQPIPI, we are not able to implement all the recommendations provided in the LE report via the CICS DFHAXRO module. The CICS JVMServer would not start.

Below are the suggestions out of the LE report. We had to forgo setting the HEAPP pool suggestion to get CICS JVMServer to work.
