Show CPC name for applicable HWI* messages

The recent recovery enhancements that includes the new D BCPII cmd. is great! We do notice however in the various messages that show we lost or regained communication with a CPC does NOT contain the CPC name. We know the local CPC has to connect 1st but it is frustrating seeing the msg. in the log and not knowing which CPC it is referring to. This can be mostly overcome by doing the display to see status but this makes trouble-shooting more difficult. We might also want to trigger automation for certain events, with a specific CPC. There are MANY details in today's syslog from many products/subsystems therefore having one more detail like the cpc name is not anything new.
