Enhance ISPF Workplace to natively accept USS paths

ISPF Workplace allows you to perform all varieties of interaction with datasets from a single place. It does not natively support USS path names, assuming instead that any path entered is for the Workstation, via the Workstation Agent.

Enhance the ISPF Workplace to natively support USS paths in the Object Name field - perhaps with a UL command (akin to DL for datasets).

I spend most of my time in the ISPF Workplace for dataset interaction but am forced to switch to Edit or View for USS files.
