CUCI is a great solution BUT it is NOT part of the IBM Product and thus many sites are unable to install and/or use it. Pointing sites to a open-source solution is fine but that doesn't make it generally available to the entire customer base of IBM.
Unless IBM is going to actively participate in the open-source community.
This idea is satisfied in the CBT Usermod Collection for ISPF (CUCI). It is available at http://cbttape.org/ftp/cbt/CBT967.zip.
My version of ISRPXASM has the PLI keywords specified in this RFE. I am working on adding many more missing PL/I keywords. I'm up to 120 and counting.

Creating a new RFE based on Community RFE #75926 in product ISPF.
This module has not been updated for new keywords introduced with COBOL 5.1 and 5.2 either, so that should be done as well. See COBOL development for full list of keywords, but some are "PARAGRAPH" and "CYCLE" (EXIT PARAGRAPH and EXIT PERFORM CYCLE).
