Problem title
RACF not notifying CICS on revoked userid
.
Problem description
Running CICS/TS 4.2 under z/OS 2.1. We are having a problem between
RACF and CICS on revoked USERID.
.
According to the manuals RACF is supposed to notify CICS immediately if
a userid is revoked. But that is not happening in our test scenario.
RACF Not sending an ENF 71 to CICS or any other application when userid is revoked after 3 invalid passwords attempts.

Requesting Enhancement for RACF to send ENF 71 no matter what causes the userid to be revoked (User error).

    This is not a zSecure RFE at all, is i nthe wrong RFE system
