    I would agree, not only for ICHRIX02 but all of the RACF exits and SAF Router exits.

    Description missing from above; see here:

    Copied from old SHARE Requirements system SSSEC09001: Voting Priority=3.5

    The ICHRIX02 exit is a static exit. To implement it you need to IPL the z/OS system with the CLPA option. Multiple exits are not supported so we need to integrate code supplied by multiple vendors. This integration must be done by the systems programming staff which has at times been complex when a product is being added or replaced.
