ISPF SRCHFOR function fails to notify the user when additition hidden options are in place

When using SRCHFOR on the ISPF Command line in option 3.4, it will sometimes not find the string even though it does exist in the list.

This can occur when there are other options specified that are not seen by the user unless they enter SRCHFOR (no strings) to get the pop-up panel. Once the second panel is displayed then it can be seen what has been set that might be preventing the SRCHFOR from working.

This requires the TSO User to spend time researching why the SRCHFOR did not work, or accept the STRING(S) NOT FOUND as valid when it may not be.

Possible reasons for the SRCHFOR not to work
1) MIXED CASE is selected
2) ASCII is selected
3) Additional Search Strings are included that may have been used in a previous (days/weeks/months) time frame.
