There is the program IWMARIDU that can install the policy from the extracted PDS to the CDS, this bach jcl can be started automatically at your first IPL in the DR siteThe sample is in SYS1.SAMPLIB(IWMINSTL).
What is missing instead, or I'm not aware of ..., is a batch utility to extract the policy from the CDS and save in the PDS, this must be done by the panels - manual task/procedure. If that part is automated we can also automate the WLM initialization in a recovery sysplex - zCybervault, when starting an LPARs on empty CFs.
As we have Safe Guarded Copy and need to do copies of WLM to be able to start up recovery sysplexes on empty CF LPARs, and as IBM has the 'product' called zCybervault, I don't see any way around that we need such a batch interface. The sooner the better.
This item is not in our plans but is being kept in our backlog.
