We are planning to use Z/OSMF for Workflow automation/orchestration to replace our Consistently repeatable processes and save for future reference.

Description: Our team is planning to use z/OSMF workflows to perform tasks for our z/OS infrastructure processes and save the workflow for future reference. However, Currently only the workflow owner, can view the workflows details once the workflow has been archived, enhancement requirement is for other users to be able to view the archive workflows as well , so that other users can reference the workflow , In case the workflow owner is not available
