Provide a refresh button in instances view for a provisioning instance so it's easy to follow its progress while it's running

During a deprovisioning run, a refresh button is available which allows clients to follow the progress of the deprovisioning run.


This allows clients to follow progress of the deprovisioning run without having to leave the Software Services -> Instances -> View Deprovision view.


A similar refresh button is not available during a provisioning run which would allow clients to follow the progress of the provisioning run too. Instead, clients are having to click on the link to the provisioning run's workflow and follow the progress through Workflows tab.
