zfsadm shrink should provide a means to automatically specify -size without running aggrinfo or calculating from fsinfo

zfsadm shrink requires too much manual intervention to be useful. -size must be taken either from aggrinfo, or calculated from fsinfo, then manually added to the zfsadm shrink command. zfsadm shrink should provide a means to do this automatically without requiring the user to explicitly specify the resulting size of the zfs. This will benefit all users of zfsadm shrink. Perhaps allow percentages for -size or a -freespace percentage, where 0% would free all space leaving 0% freespace, 20% would leave 20% freespace, etc. zfsadm shrink could do all the calculations and take the burden away from the user. Most users will likely wish to release all freespace.

I agree very much with the idea to shrink a ZFS with -freespace percentage parameter.
