zfsadm shrink should support a wildcard for -aggregate

zfsadm shrink requires too much manual intervention to be useful. Processing only one filesystem is extremely tedious for sites with hundreds or thousands of zFS filesystems. Adding the capability to process multiple zFS's in one command will help storage admins better control zFS space. To make this idea possible, ideas ZOS-I-3391 for specification of -size as a percentage of remaining freespace, and ZOS-I-3390 for automatic remount of R/O filesystems as R/W will need to be implemented as prerequisites.
