Reduce the polling time between zOSMF Workflow/Template Steps

For a non-REST-steps in z/OSMF Workflow like JCL step, there is an internal poll time which is 5 seconds (fix). Currently, the Workflow users cannot reduce the internal poll time manually. For Services or Application that use z/OSMF Templates or Workflows with subsequential steps, every steps takes 5 seconds even if the JCL is finished on HOST-side in 5 ms. There is no special reason for a 5 second polling intervall.

We would like to have a parm to define/reduce the polling time individually. A fix wait time doesn't necessarily contribute to a modern image of the mainframe and its provisioning toolkit.
