ACS Read only variable required for RECFM

We are converting our sequential data to extended format in preparation for pervasive encryption. We use the zbna software to identify files unsuitable for EF, due to utilising EXCP. We have identified a lot of files with a RECFM of FS (mostly SAS files) and FBS (mostly IMS). I would like to exclude these files using the ACS routines but find there is no ACS variable available for RECFM.  There appears to be no other easy option to identify these files in the ACS routines.

    Thinking there are others doing compression and encryption that are having this same issue. We are looking at writing a local DATACLAS exit (IGDACSDC) for ACS during the interim.
