Need originating IP address for any 3270 session (TSO, CICS, etc.)

When users enter 3270 to access various applications such as TSO and CICS screens, the SMF records (ideally in SMF 80) should capture both the RACF userid and the source IP address initiating the 3270 session.

    We would like you to seriously consider this option. Ignore the full implications of adding the IP address to SMF type 80 EC 1. but it makes a lot of sense.  it would greatly simplify our efforts. Currently, the IP address is being added to Terminal ID when the password / passphrase is not valid. it is shown in the ICH408I with message message ICH408I  “INVALID PASSWORD ENTERED AT TERMINAL ABC4A187. Where that terminal is an IP address. So, why not adding it always?
