ICSF - Enhance IFA742I SMF SIGNATURE VALIDATION FAILED - signature failure

When using RECSIGN and ARECSIGN to sign the records and validate them afterwards and there is an error, it is not clear which of the two signatures failed. However, this is the essential/crucial point of the dual signature. I have to know if the classic signature succeeded but the alternate failed or if both failed. Hence then I know that someone tampered with the classic signature (therefore succeeded) but failed the alternate (quantum safe) signature .
Clarify as well in the message if the failure is reported based on an OR or AND condition of the two algorithms.
