VSAM RLS should support DASD-based structure in a monoplex. This would eliminate the CF requirement in a monoplex.
It is unlikely EzNoSQL will be redesigned to not require a CF, however, discussions are on going on how we can provide a solution that will be satisfactory to everyone.
