Enhance Msg IEA602I ADDRESS SPACE CREATE FAILED

A Start Operator cmd or using the ASCRE Service by other methods trys to start an adress space, that may fail with IEA602I Msg

START ABCDEFG,parm=xxx

IEA602I ADDRESS SPACE CREATE FAILED. A STORAGE SHORTAGE EXISTS (or other reason)

Automation may send me IEA602I but it has no information how it was invoked (what stc failed). i have to check operlog. if such an issue occurs a greater number of such failures can occur

from the Case

" Of course if you were looking just to have the IEA602I include the command so that it is easier to match the command with the "error" message, that would appear useful.

Internally, the code that is attempting to create the address space does not know what command was issued. There are internal macros called (ie. ASCRE) that result in the request to create an address space, but the operator command is not passed along. Also, the ASCRE macro can be called by a program and have nothing to do with an operator command. "

So the idea is to enhance IEA602I to contain more information about the originating command if possible
