CSSMTP option to not send the Date/Time information to a remote email server

This is for CSSMTP on a z/OS 1.13 system.
The PMR will give a review of what has been happening. Morgan System time is 12 hours behind real time. When we use CSSMTP to forward mail to our mail servers they see the Date/Time header leave it at 12 hrs behind. What we want is to block the Date/Time header from being sent so the remote email server will use the default real Date/Time stamp. Using the old SMTP server there was no Date/Time information sent so this was not an issue.
