Syntax Checker for VTAM Startups (ATCSTRxx and ATCCONxx)

I often thought it would be good if commands such as the ones listed below existed to weed out any problems that might occur during IPL time when VTAM starts up.

Finding out about a syntax error or missing member from VTAM's startup config lists at IPL time is a nightmare especially 2 am Sunday morning when we normally IPL.
