Greater than 256 LCUs per channel

We are currently using exactly 256 LCUs on some of our channels, which is the limit according to HCD when building IODFs and also according to those at IBM we've spoken to on the subject.

Our ongoing adoption of MzGMM with a Flashcopy has added more copies of data where we address A1 in subchannel set 0, A2 in subchannel set 1, AF1 in subchannel set 2, and only one would ever be active at any point in time, so it would be a huge waste to use different channels for one of those copies of data. The speed at which channels operate is also outpacing the growth of our Storage. We are already at the limit, and we anticipate the possibility of more consolidation in the future.
