z14 SNMP MIB enhancement add mainframe SN, FRU location and FRU PN included,

For some reason, the mainland mainframe clients DO NOT enable the option of call home, the response time of 7*24 standby service
depends on the completeness of SNMP message to some extent, which is critical to keep the customer satisfaction and service level
in a more competitive market. It's expected to have mainframe SN, FRU location and FRU PN included, just like DS8000 did.

The requirement is not only for ICBC, but BOC and other z accounts. For more detail info, pls refer the attachment.

The text provided in the SNMP traps for hardware messages for call homes fall into the following categories:
    Hardware problem
    Power problem
    Channel problem
    Disabled wait
Licensed internal code has detected a problem
    Optical link problem
    Incorrect program status word loop
    Load problem
    Problem reported by customer
    Coupling Link problem
    Input/output (I/O) subsystem problem
    Operating system problem
    System warning
    Server Time Protocol (STP) message
    Sysplex timer problem
    FICON Channel Alert
    PCI Cryptographic Coprocessor event

These categories allow you to make an initial high level determination on whether or not more information is needed to decide how to handle the specific event. If more details are needed, then automation can be written using the HMC web service APIs for the specific message. Refer to the "Get CPC Service Request Information" operation available in the Web Services API publication (level SC27-2638-04a) for details on how to obtain this additional information.

Note that it is also possible to register for notification of these hardware messages using the web services APIs. Refer to the web services APIs document listed above.

FRU level information is available on systems with Proprietary Service State package.
