Add HMC Event Monitoring option to include HW MSG Details

Background:

Environment uses HMC Event Monitoring to send emails when an event is open against a CEC (Ex: Call Home .*Service authorization.*# any Service authorization messages).

That email does NOT include the IBM case number that is assigned.

We want to be able to see + forward that case number to automations processes, to allow an SSR to get on-site.


Enhancement:

Primary Goal - Ensure the CSP case number can be visible in the Event Monitoring email

Proposal - Expand the scope of the goal to create an option to send the HW MSG Details of select Events. Preferably a granular design to allow ALL or Specific HW MSG selections.
