2. We don't currently have support in client or service user modes to import certificates on the SE. However, a HMC user which is logging in locally at the SE can still connect via SSL to a LDAP Server for userid/PW authentication using the following User Management task LDAP definition option.
- Allow self-signed or untrusted server certificates
3. If you would like us to address an enhancement to be able to use Client imported LDAP Server connection certificates for HMC Users logging in locally at the SE, we would request that they submit a RFE for the following.
- The HMC Certificate Management task should be enhanced to add an option to allow certificates imported at the HMC to be propagated automatically to all HMC managed (defined) CPCs (SEs).
