FTP-server: Command control by RACF

We have multi customer LPARS where lots of filetransfers are done by FTP, FTPS and SFTP.
In security audits we get complains about how we control security about what a customer can do by Ftp in z/OS.

Secure FTP-subcommands (inbound and outbound)
