Would like additional useful details on IOS163A message

We occasionally see some IOS163A messages like the following:
IOS163A CHPID 64 ALERT, NO ASSOCIATED SUBCHANNEL FOR DEVICE

Unfortunately that doesn't have enough information for us to immediately act on that message. We must get someone to look at the IODF, the device and the HMC in order to match up what is missing in the IODF. With the number of LPAR's this can be a fairly large time consumer. Also, depending on the situation we may need to have someone physically inspect cabling.

I'd like to ask that the IOS163A be modified to also contain identifying characteristics of the box (primarily the box s/n) if available along with the LCU and CUADDR. I'm presuming that the LCU and CUADDR should be available since that is what is being matched up between the box and the IODF.
