JCL parameters RECORG=ES and LRECL=X should be mutually exclusive in batch JCL.

It has been found that Catalog can get into a loop when utilizing these 2 parameters together, and Catalog does not want to fix this, but rather ask that Converter make these 2 parameters mutually exclusive. This does make sense, since RECORG=ES is for VSAM, while LRECL=X is for QSAM ONLY !

This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan.
