Support for generated jobs

We need a simple way of execution of JCL, REXX or shell script that were generated in a previous step of a provisioning workflow.
Provisioning XML, that is part of a cloud provisioning template consists of two steps
1. Step – generate a JCL by an external program
2. Step – execute a JCL that was generated in first step
We have a workaround that involves REST api to submit a JCL and REXX script that waits for job completions and pulls in job log DDs but we would like to avoid it.

    We don't have all the JCLs available when we register template with z/osmf, because they don't exist at that time.
    Therefore our template/provisioning workflow contains two steps
    1. Step – generate a JCL by an external program
    2. Step – execute a JCL that was generated in first step

    We have have issue with 2nd step because z/OSMF does not provide simple way to
    - submit JCL from (file/dataset) and wait for its completion . z/OSMF provides REST api to submit, but wait for JCL completion is tricky, you have to use a REXX script to poll for status of JOB.
    - as soon as job finished I would like to have JES output like joblog available in z/OSMF like in case of JCL file template.
