Keep owner of .sh_history on shell initialization

On shell initialization the .sh_history in the home directory is recreated (with the previous content) and the owner is set to the current UID, that started the process. This leads to problems, if the user changed his UID (e.g. switched to UID=0) before initializing the shell, since he loses access to his own .sh_history (that now has the UID he switched to).

This change of the ownership (or the recreation) of .sh_history during shell initialization shouldn't happen, be reverted when the shell is closed or be configurable.
