Management of Runtime Libraries

I want to be able to track a manage runtime environments of deployed software.

I have one set of runtime libraries in sysplex.
But I have multiple running instances using shared runtime libraries. For example one instance per system image in sysplex.
I would like to be able
1) to track instances in z/OSMF
2) add remove instances in z/OSMF

I would like to scale it beyond one sisplex, I want to see status of whole enterprise. Cloud provisioning plugin is very limited in this regards.

    There is a need to track the Runtime Libraries Maintenance Level and store this data in a central place. That central place can be used to generate overviews what runtime libraries host which maintenance level of the different modules respective product features.
