Display GRS,RNL command should explicitly show all information for RNAME

We experienced an issue caused by the incorrect specification of RNL values for catalogs being shared outside of the plex. We were aware of the need to pad the value to 20 or 44 depending on the catalog name but the name was miscounted. In diagnosing the issue we noticed that a display of the RNL for the original value in error and the updated correct value was the exact same in the display output. While we were able to go back to the RNL member to validate we couldn't be sure that was the value that was active. The support center was able to confirm that it was incorrect but they also needed to dig into the dump rather than using the display command output. We would like the display GRS,RNL output to differentiate between a specification that is padded with blanks vs. one that is not. This could be done through the insertion of a termination character at the end of the RNL specification in the display output. It could also be done by the insertion of quotes around the name that the customer specified. The need is just to have a way to ensure that the display output is giving us the information that we need.
