Ability to create user access controls within the zCX CLI

We use ZCX , when we define any new user to zCX by default new users are attached to docker group. So any user can issue all docker commands ,he can pull the images, stop/start own container and as well other containes.
So we would request to have ability to create user access controls within the zCX CLI.

.Sorry forgot to make the note external. Here it is:

Currently user based access controls are not implemented in zCX CLI container, but one can deploy the Portainer open-source tool in zCX as a container, and leverage the user based access controls provided by the Portainer.

Here is the documentation on how you can obtain and deploy Portainer on zCX:
    https://ibm.github.io/ibm-z-oss-hub/containers/portainer.html

Here is the documentation on how Portainer provides user access controls for Docker deployments:
    https://docs.portainer.io/v/be-2.7/admin/users/roles

Hope above information satisfies your requirement. If it doesnt, then please feel free to open another requirement and let us know the concerns.

The status says Delivered but lists no apar, ptf or description of the enhanced user access controls.

Is this idea actually delivered? So far we use Portainer to imitate some of this functionality.
