New option to suppress the MDRDMT records from the logrec

The Itau bank has a very large TS7700 tape environment with a heavy workload.
We want an option to turn off the MDRDMT records from the logrec, it is necessary because depending the quantity of logical volumes mount requests, sometimes the logrec dataset size is not enough.
