Logger AUTODELETE at RETPD but not before

Requesting a new logger AUTODELETE option (e.g. AUTODELETE(RETPD)) where both active and inactive log data would be autodeleted at expiration, but not before.

We want something like AUTODELETE(YES) to prevent excessive storage usage that could otherwise impact the availability of other system processes, but also want the IXGDELET'ed inactive data available for recovery purposes up until RETPD.
