ZCX / ZOS Communication Server should support multi-IP configurations

For Security-Reasons our firewall blocks traffic to "unusual" ports. So we would like to provide a zCX instance more then one IP like docker on x86 supports. So we can bind connections between host(zcx) and container based on IP-port combinations.

For example:

docker run -it -d 123.0.0.1:80:80 --name web nginx

docker run -it -d 123.0.0.2:80:80 --name web2 nginx

Keep in mind, this is just an example. This could be solved easily by a reverse proxy.

The commands would work on x86 docker but on ZCX there are no options to bind a second DVIPA to the same ZCX instance, Except a IPv6 adress.

  • 1 IPv4 + 1 IPv6 -> Works

  • 2 IPv4 -> n.a.

  • 2 IPv6 -> n.a.
