Provide a SETOMVS SYNTAXCHECK equivalent via a batch job.

Request a batch utility which would allow you to check BPXPRMxx syntax via a DD for input and route the output to a DD. The benefits would be: (1) Allow any location for input (vs. current SETOMVS SYNTAXCHECK which must come from PARMLIB) and (2) output limited to only applicable information (vs. current SETOMVS SYNTAXCHECK which will be somewhere in the log).
